Terms of Service
Last Updated: December 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using GrokMediaDownloader (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Service.
2. License and Use
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable limited license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of this extension.
3. PRO License
The PRO version is a one-time, lifetime license ($4.99) sold through Stripe, our payment processor. One license key activates the extension on up to 3 devices; reinstalling on the same device does not use a slot, and uninstalling the extension frees its slot. The license may not be shared or resold. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase by e-mailing support@kario-studio.com with your order reference. Licenses purchased through Lemon Squeezy before the switch to Stripe remain valid, with the device limit that applied when they were sold; refunds for those orders are processed through Lemon Squeezy.
4. Usage Restrictions
You agree to only download content you have legal rights to access. We are not responsible for any copyright issues arising from content you download. Please comply with Grok's Terms of Service and applicable laws.
5. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor are we liable for any losses resulting from the use of this Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kario Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through extension updates or website announcements.
8. Contact
